Casey Capital is a Connecticut-based real estate investment company building a territory-based acquisitions platform across the state.

We are hiring Real Estate Acquisitions Associates to help identify and execute residential investment opportunities in assigned Connecticut markets.

This is an entry-level, commission-only role designed for individuals who want:

  • Real responsibility
  • Real deal exposure
  • Performance-based upside

No prior real estate experience is required.


Training, systems, and clear expectations are provided.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

This is not:

  • A salaried assistant job
  • A real estate agent position
  • A course, coaching program, or paid mentorship
  • A side hustle with guaranteed income

This is:

  • A performance-based acquisitions role
  • A real seat in the deal process
  • Hands-on exposure to sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and deal execution
  • A role where effort and execution directly impact earnings

THE ROLE

Real Estate Acquisitions Associate (Territory-Based)

As an Acquisitions Associate at Casey Capital, you will help identify and execute residential real estate investment opportunities in a specific Connecticut market (or bundle of towns).

You Will:

  • Identify on-market and off-market residential investment opportunities
  • Analyze properties against a defined investment buy box
  • Communicate with homeowners, real estate agents, and internal team members
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring acquisitions (including creative finance)
  • Support deals from initial lead through contract and closing

You are not expected to know how to do this on Day 1.

Training, systems, and guidance are provided.

COMPENSATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Commission-Only | Paid Per Closed Deal

Acquisitions Associates are compensated at:

1% of the purchase price per successfully closed deal

  • Paid from deal proceeds at closing
  • No base salary or hourly pay
  • No cap on earnings

This role is designed for individuals who want performance-based upside, not guaranteed income.

REALISTIC EARNINGS EXAMPLES

To be completely transparent, here are realistic examples of how compensation works.

Per-Deal Examples

  • $350,000 purchase → $3,500 commission
  • $500,000 purchase → $5,000 commission
  • $750,000 purchase → $7,500 commission

These are paid per deal, at closing.

Annual Earning Scenarios (Illustrative, Not Guaranteed)

Earnings depend on deal volume, consistency, and execution.


Below are reasonable expectations, not promises.

  • 1 deal per month (12/year)
    → ~$4,000–$6,000 per deal
    ~$48,000–$72,000 annually
  • 2 deals per month (24/year)
    ~$90,000–$140,000 annually
  • 3+ deals per month
    $150,000+ annually

There is no cap on earnings.


You are paid based on deals closed — not hours worked.

  • A real estate license
